PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT (M/F)

The following activities are performed at this position: • You comprehensively manage payroll processing for the regional branch, including fulfilling all employer obligations related to payroll processing and payment. • You continuously monitor the volume of funds allocated for employee salaries within the regional branch and conduct ongoing reviews in this area. • You ensure compliance with personal income tax regulations (Act No. 586/92 Coll., as amended). • You maintain and keep personal employee records, attendance records, and leave usage records, including medical leave. • You prepare salary recapitulations and related statistics. • You work closely with the HR specialist to manage HR operations.
