JOB DUTIES As a teacher in the after-school program you will help stimulate and challenge students' curiosity, development, and learning. Furthermore, you are knowledgeable about curriculum documents, interested in operational development, and have strong ambition to develop the after-school program. You have knowledge of the curriculum and can implement it in practical activities. Based on the curriculum, you are responsible, together with your colleagues, for instruction in the after-school program. Planning, documentation, and follow-up are natural parts of your work duties. You maintain regular professional contact with guardians, student services, and other school staff. Collaboration between school and after-school program is an important part that is also included. QUALIFICATIONS You have a degree and are trained as a teacher for after-school programs and preferably have a few years of experience. As a person you are calm and handle stress in a constructive way. You have good insight and knowledge of the school's curriculum documents and apply these in your daily work. You have a genuine interest in working with students and want to work to create a good after-school and school situation with well-being, safety, and study peace. You build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You have good collaboration skills, are responsive, and communicate in a constructive manner.
