Social Worker

Job Responsibilities: - Managing social services agenda and maintaining documentation according to Quality Standards for Social Services - Social work with clients, addressing their socio-legal matters - Negotiations with administrative bodies and other institutions - Preparation of expert materials for meetings, creation of reports and investigations - Management of client records from admission through discharge, including estate matters - Individual care planning – methodological guidance and direct implementation - Training of social services staff in the area of Quality Standards for Social Services - Collaboration with team and support for adaptation of new clients - Active participation in improving the quality of provided services - Social investigations for service applicants - Other tasks as directed by the supervisor Requirements: - Education in accordance with Act No. 108/2006 Coll. - Knowledge of legislation: Act No. 108/2006 Coll., Decree No. 505/2006 Coll., Quality Standards for Social Services - Legal capacity - Experience in the social services field (preferred) - Independence, reliability and responsible approach - Very good communication skills - Ability to work in teams, organizational skills - Knowledge of PC work (MS Office, social services software preferred) - Group B driving license – active driver Legal Requirements: - Moral and criminal integrity - Health fitness Application must include: - Structured CV with indication of professional knowledge and skills - Motivation letter - Honor statement of criminal integrity - Copy of highest education qualification document - Completed job application form (available for download at https://www.drachtinka.cz/o-nas/nabidka-pracovnich-mist/) Send your application with required documents to: (You may also submit in person at the reception desk of Domov seniorů Drachtinka - 4th floor) Domov seniorů Drachtinka Erbenova 1631 539 01 Hlinsko Mark envelope with: Selection Process – Social Worker Deadline for applications: September 30, 2026 at 14:00.
