Personal Assistant Wanted for Music-Loving Boy in Limhamn

We are now seeking a calm, responsible, and engaged personal assistant for a position in Limhamn. The role is part-time with work primarily on Saturdays, though weekday shifts and overnight on-call duties may also occur. We are looking for someone who can be flexible and wants to be part of the client's daily life for the long term. The assignment involves providing assistance to a boy in early adolescence with significant support needs in his daily life. He has a great interest in music and enjoys both singing himself and listening to others sing. Music is an important and joyful part of his everyday life, and he enjoys listening to music via Spotify and Retro FM. About the Role As a personal assistant, you work closely with the client and provide support in all daily activities. The role requires presence, attentiveness, and a professional approach. Duties include: Personal hygiene care Dressing and undressing Support with meals via feeding tube Assistance with all transfers and mobility Supervision, safety, and structure in daily life Interpreting and communicating the client's needs by reading body language and signals Accompanying the client during activities outside the home and during medical visits We are looking for someone who: Is calm, patient, and confident Is responsible and reliable Has good physical ability Is attentive and able to work closely with an individual with significant support needs Can work independently and follow established routines Is physically resilient as lifting is required Work Schedule Part-time position with main working hours on Saturdays. Additional shifts may include: Weekdays: 4:00 PM–10:00 PM Weekends: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM or 4:00 PM–10:00 PM Overnight on-call duties Requirements Valid B-class driver's license Desirable Previous experience in personal assistance Experience working with children or adolescents Experience with tube feeding Interest in music Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
