Pysslingen Förskolor is Seeking Hourly Substitute Teachers in Haninge

We are currently seeking hourly substitute teachers for our wonderful preschools Lilla Lillgården and Lillgården in Tungelsta, Haninge. About the Role As an hourly substitute teacher at Pysslingen Förskolor, you will work in child groups with children ages 1-5. The need may involve both filling in for shorter absences with the possibility of longer substitute assignments if needed. This means an opportunity for flexible work where your availability determines your schedule. Your work tasks include carrying out activities both indoors and extensively outdoors, as well as assisting regular educators with practical tasks. If hired as an hourly substitute teacher, you must be able to step in as a substitute on short notice when regular staff are absent. This requires that you are responsible and have a great capacity for flexibility, as the work involves quickly adapting to new environments. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language and should find it easy to both collaborate and work independently in a work team, and have the ability to contribute together with your colleagues to a functioning operation. We Are Looking for You if You Have a high school diploma or other education that the employer deems equivalent Have good collaboration skills Believe that every interaction is meaningful Are curious and inquisitive Want to learn together with the children Are attentive and respectful Have the assignment and the children in focus It is a merit if you have a preschool teacher qualification and/or previous experience working in preschool.
