Barevné domky Hajnice is holding a recruitment process for the position of Accounting / Administrative Officer. Requirements: - Minimum secondary education completed with a school-leaving exam - At least 5 years of professional experience in the field - Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping - Clean criminal record, PC skills - Attention to detail, reliability Job Responsibilities: - Processing bank statements - Matching payments - Entering client collections - Managing standing orders on the bank account - Accounting for selected areas and accounts - Administrative support in preparing training sessions, workshops, methodological meetings, and working meetings - Recording and processing received/sent mail - Operating the data box/file management service, preparing and processing orders - Ensuring necessary materials and equipment for organizational operations - Document archiving.
