You work with several political bodies and are responsible for planning meetings, preparing notices, agendas and minutes, always in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Act. You will: Attend meetings and preparations and collaborate with board chairs, committee chairs, operations managers and case handlers. Support and educate elected officials, managers and civil servants in case management and decision-making processes. Ensure legally sound and efficient case management and provide good service to residents, businesses and civil servants. Work in the Evolution case management system. In addition to these tasks, other administrative tasks may be added depending on your interests and the needs of the operations. We have close collaboration with other municipalities in Skaraborg, which creates opportunities for experience exchange and development. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with relevant higher education in law, political science, social science, public administration, social administration or other equivalent education. We would like you to have: Knowledge of laws and regulations in public operations (e.g., the Municipal Act, the Administrative Act and the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act). Experience with board administration or other qualified administrative work within a politically governed organization. Meritorious if you have experience working in the Evolution case management system. To thrive in the role, you are organized, careful and solution-oriented.
