Start date: 25/8/2026 We are looking for an experienced technician who will provide technical support to salespeople and installation teams. You will help find suitable solutions for clients, assess projects before implementation, and solve technical issues directly in the field. You won't be sitting at a computer all day. You'll work with equipment, in the field, and solving real-world problems. What will you do? - Assess projects from a technical feasibility perspective. - Help salespeople find appropriate technical solutions for clients. - Support installation teams with complex installations and technical problems. - Monitor quality and progress of heat pump and air conditioning installations. - Look for ways to make installations better and more efficient. - Participate in installation procedures and handling complaints. - Check work orders and documentation for invoicing. Who are we looking for? - You have secondary education with a diploma in electrical engineering or HVAC. - You have at least 2 years of experience with heat pump and air conditioning installations. - You have expertise in cooling, air conditioning, and heat pump systems. - You have experience with F-gases and hard soldering. - You hold a valid permit according to Government Regulation No. 194/2022 Coll., minimum § 5. - You have a Class B driver's license and don't mind field work. - You can handle situations when things don't go as planned and find solutions instead of excuses. An advantage is experience with solar installation projects. What technologies will you work with? - In air conditioning, you will encounter brands such as Samsung, Panasonic, and Midea; for heat pumps, Panasonic and Acond. Project Manager - Electromobility and Charging Stations
From: 25/8/2026 Do you want to be part of projects that are changing the way we move? We are expanding our team and looking for a Project Manager for electromobility who will take responsibility for implementing charging station construction projects - from initial preparation through successful commissioning. You will participate in building the largest charging network in the Czech Republic and work in a dynamically growing electromobility sector. You won't just be watching deadlines in a spreadsheet. You will be the one who connects the customer, designers, suppliers, distributors, and internal teams and ensures the project truly moves forward. You will join a newly created electromobility department that currently has 11 colleagues. On projects, you will collaborate with the entire team, so you definitely won't be doing it alone. What awaits you with us? - Managing charging station construction projects from preparation through commissioning. - Coordinating designers, construction companies, and other suppliers. - Communication with customers, distributors, and internal teams of PREsolidsun and PRE. - Reviewing project documentation, schedules, budgets, and implementation progress. - Addressing changes and complications during implementation. - Coordinating grid connection, permits, and handover of completed projects for operation. - Regular reporting on project status. Who are we looking for? - You have at least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally in technical, energy, construction, or electrical fields. - You can coordinate suppliers, technical teams, and multiple projects simultaneously. - You are familiar with construction management and grid connection requirements. - You can manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation. - You are independent, organizationally capable, and able to follow through on tasks. - You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and can naturally earn respect. - You are proficient in MS Office; experience with EasyProject is an advantage. - You have a valid driver's license (category B) and are willing to travel. Direct experience in electromobility is a great advantage but not a requirement.
