About the Position As a Team Leader in automation engineering, you will combine hands-on work in programming and automation with responsibility for leading and planning the team's daily operations. Your Responsibilities As a Control Systems Development Engineer, you are responsible for developing, further developing, and maintaining control systems based on SIMATIC SPPA-T3000 and PCS 7. You work closely with designers, development engineers, and project managers to ensure that control systems meet both technical requirements and market expectations. You will be an important part of developing future gas turbine solutions while contributing to improving work methods, processes, and technical solutions within the team. Develop and maintain control system applications for mid-size gas turbines. Responsible for technical solutions within assigned development projects. Configure and program control systems in Siemens T3000 and PCS 7. Develop control logic, sequences, interlocks, HMI/operator screens, alarms, and reports. Ensure efficient change and version management and conduct thorough testing to ensure system quality. Integrate instrumentation and subsystems and manage communication via industrial protocols such as Profibus, Profinet, Modbus TCP, and OPC. Ensure solutions comply with applicable standards for safety, quality, and cybersecurity. Contribute to developing work methods and processes within the team. Share knowledge and support colleagues in daily development work. Your Profile Several years of experience working with automation and industrial control systems. Extensive experience with Siemens SIMATIC SPPA-T3000 and good knowledge of PCS 7. Experience developing, configuring, and commissioning control systems. Strong ability to read and interpret P&IDs, wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, and instrument datasheets. Very good English skills, both spoken and written. Experience working on international projects and cross-functional teams. It's a major plus if you also have experience with: Modeling and simulation in MATLAB or similar tools.
