This is initially a consulting assignment of approximately 6 months via Unik Resurs with excellent prospects for extension. As an Import Freight Forwarder, you will be an important cog in our global machinery. You will be responsible for specific import flows, customs handling, and transport-related matters. This is a role that requires both structure and flexibility, where you will act as the hub between suppliers, transport agents, the Swedish Customs Agency, and our internal departments such as project management, procurement, and internal logistics. How You Will Make an Impact • Transportation procurement and booking • Supplier contacts and delivery monitoring • Preparation of customs declarations for imports • Review and verification of freight and forwarding invoices • Handling of transport claims • Development and digitalization of transport and customs processes Your Profile What You Bring • You have a higher education degree in logistics or several years of experience in import/export and customs handling. If you have also worked with international transport agreements and customs processes, that is a major plus! • You communicate fluently in English and Swedish, and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with SAP is a merit. • You are solution-focused, flexible, and have a natural ability to prioritize and structure your work – even under pressure. You are a team player who is clear in your communication and has a genuine interest in sustainability issues within transport. • You understand the importance of good customer relationships and have an excellent ability to balance cost-consciousness with high service quality.
