Social Workers

Job Responsibilities: - Direct work with service clients (in-person, telephone, and electronic communication) - Provision of basic and specialized social counseling - Preparation and submission of debt relief proposals - Assistance to clients in stabilizing their life situation in various areas (e.g., housing, employment, family relationships) - Prevention of further debt accumulation (client education, financial literacy development) - Maintenance of professional documentation and work with internal systems - Navigation of the social security system (social benefits, pensions, subsidies) - Knowledge of basic legislation concerning debt issues (e.g., insolvency law, enforcement law, civil code) General Requirements: - Education according to Act 108/2006 Coll. on Social Services - qualification as a social worker - Criminal clearance - Health certificate - Motivation to work with people at risk of social exclusion - Administrative skills (PC, Office, internet) - Communication skills - Ability to organize work - Reliability, responsibility, attention to detail, and active approach Application Contents: - Motivational letter ("What I expect from this position and what I can offer", max.
