Work hours are irregular and depend on services ordered by clients, between 7-19 h., with scheduled services occasionally in the afternoons and weekends. A Class B driver's license is required, and you must be an active driver. Qualifications - a course for social services workers with a certificate (can be completed within 1 year of starting). Computer skills - Word, Excel. Flexibility, diligence, interpersonal skills, empathy, independence, ability to work as a team, integrity, basic human decency, and dedication. Respect for colleagues, supervisors, and clients. 4 weeks vacation. Service area covers up to 20 km from Dřítna and Týn nad Vltavou; ideally you should live within this range. Start immediately or from July 1, 2026. This is a 1-year fixed-term employment contract; contract renewal on an indefinite basis is possible afterward. Salary - base rate, personal performance bonus, bonuses, and mileage reimbursement for kilometers driven in your private vehicle.
