Full Job Description We are looking for a responsible and organized person to help with household tasks on a part-time basis. As a House Manager, you will play an important role in facilitating the daily operations of the home and creating a harmonious everyday life for the family. Responsibilities: Cooking: Plan and prepare complete meals for the family as well as prepare snacks and refreshments. Cleaning: Together with the cleaning company, be responsible for all cleaning of the home, including vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting, and general tidying. Laundry and Clothing Care: Wash, dry, iron, and fold clothes. Shopping: As needed, assist with various household purchases such as groceries, flowers, and similar items. Organizing: Keep the home in order by organizing storage spaces, tidying up, and ensuring that everything is in its place and creating a pleasant atmosphere. Other Tasks: Assist with other practical household tasks that may arise in daily life. Communicate with the family to adapt and optimize routines and work tasks. Qualifications: Previous work experience from hotels, au pair, or similar Ability to plan and organize work tasks Interest and good knowledge of cooking Experience with cleaning and household work is a plus Responsible, thorough, self-motivated, and reliable Work Hours: Weekdays approximately 20h per week (flexible based on scheduling with potential studies), full-time is also possible in the future

Household order Maintain order through ongoing tidying, organizing, and simple household tasks. The family has external help for regular deep cleaning. Laundry and clothing care Assist with laundry, folding, and simple clothing care. Coordination and practical matters Help manage practical household matters and, if needed, liaise with cleaning services, gardening, pool service, contractors, and other external providers. Planning and foresight Have an overview of what needs to be done, purchased, restocked, or planned, and independently ensure things get completed. Who are we looking for? Scope The position is approximately 20 hours per week, distributed across weekdays. There is some flexibility around working hours, making it possible to combine this role with studies or other activities. For the right person, the position could be expanded to full-time in the longer term.
