Sales and Administrative Specialist (m/f)

We're not looking for someone who will just input data or wait for tasks to be assigned. We're seeking an independent colleague with drive who can maintain order in documentation, keep track of deadlines, actively resolve issues, and be a reliable support to the sales team and company management. Fixed-term employment contract (1 year) with possibility of extension, single-shift operation - flexible working hours. Your responsibilities will include: preparation and management of commercial contracts, contract modifications according to agreed commercial terms, maintenance and control of contract documentation, data management and updates in the internal system, preparation of materials for accounting, communication with foreign software and hardware suppliers (English), administrative and organizational support to company management, development of commercial relationships and care for existing clients. Skills and knowledge you should have: negotiation skills, positive approach, experience in sales activities and contract negotiation; independent, careful approach and ability to follow through on tasks; communicative English and technical thinking.
