Administrative Worker - People with Disabilities

Workplace: Bystřice pod Hostýnem - Job Responsibilities: You will be key administrative support for our team. Right hand to the manager: Daily support for the operations manager and assistance with office operations. Attendance tracking and documentation: Collecting and verifying employee records and tracking attendance. Collaboration with HR: Delivering important documents and maintaining close communication with our HR team. Operations administration: Verifying delivery notes, processing orders, scanning and carefully archiving documents. - Requirements: PC proficiency: Comfortable using Excel, Word, and email. Attention to detail and organizational skills: We need absolute order in documents, delivery notes, and attendance records. Reliability and discretion: You will be working with sensitive employee information. - We Offer: 30 hours per week (6 hours daily) – ideal for balancing work and health care.
