Corporate Credits Administrator II

Additional Information: Your responsibilities will include: - managing the transfer of credit agreements from KBC Belgium headquarters to our team in Brno - understanding activities, working on content development, and ensuring knowledge sustainability within the team - maintaining and updating work procedures - evaluating business testing results from application updates - registering new credits and maintaining existing ones in the system (Loan IQ), monitoring collateral and covenants - managing events on these credits - drawdowns, rollovers, incoming/outgoing fees, etc. - monitoring credit instruments (e.g., processing installments, provision accounting) - internal and external reporting - maintaining effective communication, relationships, and interactions with other teams and financial institutions Specific Requirements: - fluent English - both spoken and written - French or Dutch a plus (may help you with work, but not mandatory) - strong communication skills – you will support other teams and communicate with them - team approach and ability to support your colleagues and communicate with other people - process-oriented - attention to detail and affinity with numbers - good PC skills and knowledge of MS Office - especially Excel and Outlook Employee Benefits: - 25 days of vacation - 3 days of personal time off - meal vouchers, Cafeteria benefits system, Multisport card - soft skills and hard skills training at the company premises based on development needs and roles Employer consent to employee card.
