To manage this growth and ensure leadership always has accurate data for the right decisions, we're looking for a key addition to our team – someone who brings order, calm, and clear structure to numbers. We're looking for a partner who isn't afraid of technology, loves systems, and wants to have a firm grip on the financial heartbeat of our company. What will you be responsible for? Your role is about precision, monitoring efficiency, and close collaboration with leadership. You won't just be "rewriting numbers" – you'll actually influence how the company breathes financially. Specifically, you'll: • Report and analyze: You'll prepare materials for financial reporting. You'll report directly to the CEO and work closely with the COO. Your data will be the foundation for strategic decisions. • Monitor margins and budgets: You'll be our "internal radar." You'll control costs, record them, and track whether projects earn what they should. You'll spot deviations in the numbers and propose solutions or improvements. • Master invoicing: You'll have our automated invoicing processes under control. You'll also monitor recurring services (hosting, domains) to ensure everything is billed on time and correctly. • Be the master of the bank and cashflow: Complete payment preparation and statement reconciliation. You'll also ensure timely payments – debtors won't sleep easy with you until everything is settled. • Payroll and personnel operations: You'll manage payroll materials – from tracking hours and leave records to communicating with our accounting firm about registrations and deregistrations with authorities. You'll also handle the portfolio of our self-employed partners (contracts, invoices, preparing materials for approval). • Process documents: Uploading, approving, and monitoring received invoices will be your domain. • Be the link with the accounting firm: You'll prepare materials for them with such quality they'll love you. You'll handle the specifics of invoicing to Slovakia or the EU (working with EUR). • Audit contracts and investments: You'll ensure operating contracts are in order, and for smaller investments, you'll have the trust to make independent decisions. You can ensure exports from systems (e.g., ISDOC) are perfectly accurate. • Organization: You love systems and getting things done properly. Chaos is your enemy. • Tech drive: Working with modern systems and AI tools is second nature to you, not an obstacle. • Independence and proactivity: You don't wait for instructions. When you spot something off in the costs, you go fix it. • Experience in a finance position: We need someone who already understands financial flows in a company.
