As a nursing assistant/care assistant, you are responsible for providing dignified and good care based on each elderly person's individual needs. Common work tasks may include assistance with daily care, medication administration, documentation, support during activities, serving meals, and light cleaning in the residents' apartments. We offer 126 residential places for our elderly, of which 18 are for dementia care. In February 2024, we will open an additional 18 dementia care places. The home is centrally located with close access to animals and nature. Parking and block heaters are available for our car-commuting employees. We are seeking someone with a big heart and a desire to make a difference. We would like to see that you enjoy working with people and have a strong sense of service. It is advantageous if you have nursing assistant training (or equivalent education) of at least 1350 credits. It is highly advantageous if you have previous experience in elderly care. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required. We would like to see that you have good computer skills/experience and experience with documentation.
