The project is carried out in collaboration with Malmö and Upplands Väsby and aims to strengthen people's opportunities to participate in society through psychosocial support, community, and increased empowerment. About the position As a social counselor and process leader, you meet people who have received residence permits and need support to find their place in Swedish society. You work both individually and in groups, creating meeting places where people have the opportunity to grow, make connections, and find ways forward. Your responsibilities Provide psychosocial support and guidance on society to individuals and groups. Plan and lead meeting places, activities, and group meetings. Implement knowledge-raising initiatives in areas such as health, civic orientation, and empowerment. Follow participants as needed in their contacts with authorities and other public services. Build and develop collaboration with the municipality, SFI, civil society organizations, and other local actors. Contribute to developing the activities together with participants based on their needs and experiences.
