Pool Manager—an important role for safety, service, and community
Would you like to help create safe, welcoming, and active pool environments?
We're now seeking an engaged and service-oriented Pool Manager who wants to become an important part of our operations and help ensure our swimming facilities are safe, well-maintained, and positive meeting places for everyone.
About the Position
As a Pool Manager, you work at our two swimming facilities and have a varied role where safety, service, pedagogy, and administration are central.
Your duties include:
• Pool supervision and responsibility for facility safety
• Planning and conducting swimming lessons
• Customer service and welcoming our visitors
• Cleaning and maintaining the pool facility
• Staff scheduling
• Invoice handling and administrative tasks
• Water analysis and monitoring water quality
• Supervising seasonal staff at our outdoor pool
• Managing workplace safety and personnel matters
This role suits you if you enjoy combining practical work with responsibility, service, and administration, and appreciate a work environment where no two days are quite the same.
We're looking for someone with experience working with people in a pool environment and genuine commitment to safety, service, and quality interactions.

Employment Type
Permanent full-time position with a 6-month probationary period.
We will request a new police clearance certificate.
