Finance Assistant / Receptionist / Administrator

We are looking for a service-oriented and detail-focused finance assistant, receptionist, and administrator who wants to become an important part of our team. In this role, you will have a varied workday with responsibility for reception, administration, and basic accounting work. You are the company's face to the outside world and interact with customers, suppliers, and colleagues. Job Responsibilities: Greet visitors and answer phones and emails Manage mail, bookings, and other office administration Handle invoicing, documentation processing, and basic accounting administration Interact with customers and suppliers Support operations with documentation, filing, and administrative tasks Ensure reception and office function smoothly on a daily basis We Are Looking For You If You: Are responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Have a professional and friendly manner Have good computer skills and can work in Microsoft Office Have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Have experience in administration, reception, or finance assistant work – desirable but not required You thrive with multiple tasks at once, can prioritize, and work independently.
