Social Worker, Adult Unit - Investigation Team, Focus on Young Adults

The Adult Unit is responsible for exercising authority for persons from 18 years of age who have harmful use and addiction and co-occurring conditions, as well as for persons with socio-psychiatric issues and persons seeking support due to intimate partner violence. We recently also took on responsibility for authority regarding housing assistance. The Adult Unit is divided into an investigation team and a reception team. The unit has many experienced social workers and present and supportive management. Method support occurs weekly in the group and you receive case supervision with one of our two senior social workers tailored to your needs. We also have external process supervision. We strive to be a social service at the forefront and we see collaboration with our service provider units as a valuable foundation in our work, which is also reflected in the structured development work that is ongoing. Since we have employees who have progressed in their careers, we are now looking for a social worker colleague in the role of social worker in our investigation team with a focus on young adults, 18-25 years old. JOB DUTIES As a social worker at the adult unit and in the investigation team, you work with conducting qualified investigation and follow-up work for the unit's target groups. This position has a focus on young adults, 18-25 years, but the entire investigation team helps each other with tasks based on need. In the investigation team, as well as throughout the unit, risk assessments are handled within the framework of LVU and LVM, as well as risk and safety assessments for persons exposed to intimate partner violence. You work independently but also in collaboration with colleagues and partner organizations, always with the client in focus. QUALIFICATIONS Requirements for the position: • Social work degree. • Driver's license category B. • You should have a good command of Swedish language in both speech and writing and you enjoy writing. Since 2013, Adonia Omsorg has provided services including supported living, protected housing, family homes, HVB (youth care homes), and supported accommodation.
