Ogres Municipality Administration (Reg. No. 90000024455) announces a competition for a vacant position of Land Management Engineer at the Real Estate Management Department of Ogres Municipality Central Administration (for a fixed term) Requirements for candidates: academic higher or second-level higher education in land sciences (land management, geodesy, cartography) or engineering sciences, or real estate management; at least three years of work experience in the specialty; desired work experience in developing regulatory documents; ability to work with computers at user level and information systems (MS Office, Excel, Word, text editor, electronic spreadsheets, state data systems, e-mail and internet); state language proficiency at the highest level ("C" level 1st degree); good communication, planning and organizational skills, willingness to learn and apply acquired knowledge to Ogres Municipality's overall development. Main job duties: prepare draft decisions on determining or changing the purpose of land use for real estate, assigning, changing or canceling addresses; evaluate applications from individuals for conducting land management work; ensure information exchange with the State Land Service (VZD) regarding decisions made by Ogres Municipality Administration; prepare document drafts in response to applications from individuals and legal entities on matters within the office's competence; provide consultations to individuals and legal entities on matters within the office's competence and assist in their resolution.
