Installing lintels, windows, and door frames. Plastering and finishing work: applying and repairing interior and exterior plaster (stucco, base coat plaster, perlinka+adhesive), implementing facades and thermal insulation systems. Concrete work and flooring: preparation, pouring and leveling concrete mixes (foundations, ceilings, screeds, waterproofing). Preparatory and finishing work: demolition, cleanup after plumbers/electricians, assembly of drywall structures and installation of tiles or wall coverings (depending on specialization). Material handling: manual and machine mixing of mortars, concretes, and adhesives. Proper storage and handling of construction materials. Reading documentation: Working according to simple drawings, construction plans, and technical procedures. Requirements: ability to lead a team and organize work efficiently, technical thinking and knowledge of reading technical documentation, demonstrable experience in the field, Category B driver's license
