Start date: 3/7/2026 Job Responsibilities: - Based on physician indication, provide healthcare in client's home environment in the Frýdek-Místek, Frýdlant nad Ostravicí areas and surroundings - Provide palliative care, end-of-life care, as well as emotional support and family education - Perform specialized qualified medical procedures - Use service vehicle for work execution - Communicate with client, their family, and physician - Maintain nursing documentation Requirements: Minimum: - Professional qualification for nursing practice - Minimum 2 years of experience in inpatient ward - Hepatitis B vaccination - Criminal record clearance - Group B driver's license - Independence, decisiveness - Reliability, empathy - Communication skills, flexibility - Teamwork ability - Willingness to continue education - Basic computer skills - Experience with moist wound therapy methods - Practical skills (ideally with certification) in managing central venous access (PICC, PORT) We Offer: - Comprehensive employee benefits system / Regular professional training, 6 weeks of vacation, meal allowance in the form of meal voucher flat rate, contribution to pension insurance / - Pleasant work environment - Independent and responsible work - Uneven work schedule including on-call duties - Employment contract for one year with possibility of extension (part-time 0.6) - Expected start immediately / by agreement Submit a structured CV electronically to [email protected] by 09/30/2026.
