Apprenticeship or secondary technical education; CO2 welding certificate; minimum 1 year of experience in service and repair work; driver's license "B, C" including valid professional certification; good health condition; responsibility; ability to make independent decisions and handle extraordinary tasks and situations; active and creative approach; willingness and ability for further professional training; teamwork skills; independence; reliability; attention to detail; additional driver qualifications; rigging or crane certificate, or certification for operating chainsaws and hedge trimmers preferred. Responsibilities: Repair work on motor vehicles and construction machinery; operation, maintenance, and upkeep of assigned vehicle; routine maintenance and daily repairs of equipment and vehicles to ensure safe operation; preparing vehicles and equipment for technical inspection (STK) and their delivery; routine repairs of vehicles, construction machinery, trailers, and semi-trailers; power generators, boats, and dinghies; participation in repair and service of vehicles and equipment in workshop, including CO2 welding; minor paintwork and varnishing; vehicle and equipment washing; refilling operating fluids; vehicle setup and diagnostics; workshop cleaning; participation in loading and unloading transported cargo; minor purchases of materials and replacement parts; receipt and handover of accounting and source documents; vehicle performance reports and fuel consumption records; possible assistance to other employees; responsibility for tire and oil storage and record keeping; operation of vehicle lifts, compressors, tire mounting and balancing machines, battery chargers, and other tools and equipment; emergency work if necessary for handling accidents on waterworks and water courses; on-call duty outside working hours; compliance with occupational health and safety (BOZP) and fire protection (PO) regulations.
