We are looking for a gardener with proven experience for our small gardening business in Plzen!

Do you have proven experience in gardening and are looking for extra income or steady work? We are currently looking for a reliable addition to our team.
We are a traditional flower shop with 30 years of history in Plzen. We have a stable team of 15 members and we do floristry in full scope - from tied bouquets, through wedding and funeral floristry, to floral arrangements. During the season, we also produce our own cut flowers.
What we require:
- Proven experience: work experience in the field
- Your tasks: plant care, sowing, pricking out, planting, weeding, harvesting (cut flowers), planting flower boxes, caring for seasonal plants in containers. In case of retail sales, reliable orientation in basic categories of fertilizers, nutrients, substrates and vegetable seeds, annuals, herbs and other products.
- Independence and sales skills: The upper salary range is determined for an excellent salesperson and independent gardener.
- Transportation: You need to be able to get to our facilities in Plzen / Stary Plzen. Own car and driver's license is an advantage.
- Reliability: We are looking for someone we can count on, especially in the upcoming season.
- Suitable for: Everyone with experience, including young and active retirees who have expertise in the field.
What we offer:
- Flexible employment: Possibility of part-time work, part-time contract (DPP/DPČ), or full-time employment (HPP).
- Compensation: based on your actual experience and potential retail involvement, full-time employment: 28000,- to 40000,- Kč

- Recruitment process: The first step is a phone call/online interview. After that: personal interview and approximately one week of orientation in our Plzen facility.
