About the role
Movant's "Digital School" aims to support our schools throughout Sweden. The goal is to build a unit that can assist our schools with new hires, between employments, or when other needs arise. Movant views digital development as part of the present and future.
By building a digital unit, Movant can continue to evolve and remain at the forefront as one of Sweden's largest companies in vocational education. Recently, we have also begun working to offer training to companies.
The Digital School is expanding and we are now seeking vocational instructors with expertise in the plumbing trade. The Digital School operates nationally, which means you have the opportunity to work at a Movant school, from home, or at an office within the Academedia group.
At Movant's "Digital School," you get the chance to combine your professional expertise with a meaningful role as an educator. We are an important cog in a larger context where we can help our units while proudly contributing to both individual and industry development.
As a teacher with us, you help participants develop both practical skills and theoretical knowledge while finding an outlet for your own passion for your profession. You become part of an engaged group spread across the country. With passion for the trade, flexibility, and a solution-focused mindset, strong bonds are formed with colleagues.
Your main task is to deliver high-quality training that meets industry requirements and expectations. The best of both worlds - you share your knowledge while seeing your participants grow and develop!
We are looking for you who
Holds a plumbing certification and/or has at least five years of professional experience in the plumbing industry from the past ten years
Has experience teaching adults
Has the ability to adapt teaching to each participant's needs
Has the competence to explain theories and guide practical exercises
Has good computer skills
Preferably willing to travel for work, as assignments can vary between distance learning and practical sessions at a school or company throughout the country.
It is meritorious if you hold a teaching license or have other pedagogical experience. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
