Movant is now seeking a vocational instructor in tile setting for our operations at the correctional facility in Härnösand. About the Role
As a vocational instructor at Movant, you will share both your practical and theoretical knowledge in floor laying. You support participants in their development, provide feedback, and help them build both professional skills and confidence in their own abilities.
The work takes place at the correctional facility in Härnösand and involves working in a closed environment. The role suits you if you enjoy working with people, are confident in yourself, and are motivated by seeing others develop.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking someone who:
has a vocational certificate as a tile setter
has strong practical and theoretical knowledge within the profession
has experience mentoring or training persons over 16 years old, for example apprentices
enjoys sharing your professional knowledge and developing others
is flexible, collaborative, and skilled at building relationships.
If you have experience in tile setting, that is a merit. A teaching degree is not required, but is considered a plus. Previous teaching experience or work within corrections, youth care, or forensic psychiatry is also a merit.
