We are expanding and seeking instructors in the culinary field for our restaurant training program in Stockholm (Sollentuna) Are you ready to shape the next generation of restaurant professionals and help people get closer to the job market? About the Job As an instructor, you will have primary responsibility for the educational content, structure, and implementation of the program. You will plan, deliver, and evaluate the training while ensuring that instruction meets both participants' needs and labor market demands. You will be an important part of participants' journey toward independence and employment. This is a varied role where classroom lectures are combined with practical training based on the Swedish National Agency for Education's curriculum. You will be part of a team with several colleagues in the same field, all working toward the same goals. Your Responsibilities Design and oversee the program's content, planning, and delivery according to contract terms. Assess and apply appropriate pedagogical methods for each participant. Guide and inspire participants through practical and theoretical instruction. Participate in participant selection through testing and assessment of their potential. Collaborate with the Public Employment Service and other stakeholders to facilitate participants' path to employment. Handle administrative work related to the program. About You At least 1 year of full-time professional experience as a chef or in a related field. At least 2 years of full-time experience teaching adults in your vocational field (secondary education, municipal adult education, and/or labor market training) within the last 6 years. You are pedagogically skilled and able to adapt teaching methods to individual needs and circumstances. You have strong computer skills and are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
