Nyköping High School is now seeking a Transportation Technology teacher who wants to make a difference for students in their lifelong learning. 1 position(s). DUTIES This position is located at Nyköping High School Skavsta in our vehicle and transport program. You will work closely with your team to develop learning environments, approaches, and instruction that support students' learning and social development. The position includes teaching subjects such as commercial transport, cargo handling, vehicle combinations, and mechanized cargo handling. The position also includes serving as a mentor for a group of students. As a teacher, you are responsible for pedagogical work in the subjects you teach. The position requires clear leadership with engagement and warmth that challenges and supports students so they achieve strong academic results. We work based on the school's Gy 25 curriculum and translate the goals into meaningful learning for students. We use digital tools in our pedagogical documentation work. Our operations are characterized by a positive approach and we have strong confidence in students' competencies. QUALIFICATIONS The position requires good documented experience working with transportation technology. Experience in pedagogical work is a merit. Experience with forklift and wheel loader operation as well as work with vehicle-mounted cranes is also a merit. You have clear pedagogical insight and the ability to translate curriculum goals into your work. You are a present and collaborative educator who challenges and stimulates students toward development. A strong belief in collaboration as a success factor for pedagogical development is self-evident for you. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment form: Permanent position.
