As a vocational instructor at Movant, you will help realize our vision "From Job Dream to Dream Job". About the Role Do you have a vocational certificate and several years of experience as a Sheet Metal Roofer, and feel it's time for the next step? Movant is launching a new program at our Örebro facility and is now seeking someone who wants to combine your professional expertise with a meaningful role as mentor and educator for young adults entering the industry. If you also have pedagogical experience, such as supervising at worksites, that is a plus. To thrive as a teacher with us, it's important that you are a team player who enjoys working in groups. You must have the ability and willingness to develop people by sharing your professional knowledge. Your personality is characterized by strong collaboration skills and flexibility. You have the ability to build good relationships with everyone you meet in your work. As an educator, you give participants strong confidence in their abilities to reach individual and shared goals together. You actively support learning and are careful to provide participants with feedback on their progress. Quality is an important principle for you. We would like you to have experience leading work and strong knowledge of the craft, both theoretically and practically. As a teacher with us, you help participants develop both practical skills and theoretical knowledge while pursuing your own passion for your profession. It is desirable that you hold a teaching credential or have other pedagogical experience. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
