About the Role As a Workforce Planning Specialist, you play a crucial role in ensuring proper staffing levels to meet operational needs. You work proactively with planning, monitoring, and coordinating personnel resources to ensure efficient operations, high productivity, and adequate capacity based on operational volumes and customer requirements. The role involves close collaboration with operational teams, staffing providers, and other support functions. You are responsible for analyzing needs, monitoring staffing and volumes, and ensuring the organization has the right conditions to meet both short-term and long-term requirements. Key Responsibilities Plan and determine staffing needs based on production volumes, customer requirements, and operational demands Coordinate with staffing agencies to ensure the right number of consultants based on forecasted and actual volumes Monitor inbound and outbound volumes, identify deviations, and adjust staffing and capacity plans as needed Communicate volume forecasts and capacity needs to relevant internal and external stakeholders Maintain current visibility of available personnel, absences, and staffing status in coordination with operations Administer and quality-assure time documentation and validate hours worked for contracted personnel Manage and monitor discrepancies related to time reporting Participate in planning for peak seasons, vacations, and other periods with varying resource needs Contribute to continuous improvements in staffing planning, resource utilization, and processes About You We are looking for someone who is analytical, structured, and solution-oriented.
