Logent is seeking a structured and technically minded Warehouse Management System (WMS) Coordinator who wants to take key responsibility for our WMS and ensure that our workflows function efficiently – day in and day out.
About the role: As a WMS Coordinator, you are our internal expert and superuser on our various WMS systems. You work at the intersection of IT, operations, and customer relations, ensuring the system supports business needs in the best way possible. An important part of the role is also to coordinate and optimize work related to our automation facility.
Your main responsibilities:
Manage, configure, and optimize daily operations in our WMS environment
Coordinate workflows and handle deviations
Troubleshoot system-related issues and coordinate solutions with IT and vendors
Drive and participate in projects related to development, system upgrades, customer implementations, and new workflows
Train and support operational staff in the use of system environments
Act as a link between warehouse operations, IT, and system vendors
Analyze data and develop proposals for optimizing warehouse processes
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with WMS in a warehouse or logistics environment
Is experienced with development, system configuration, parametrization, or similar work
Has good understanding of warehouse processes (receiving, picking, shipping, inventory)
Communicates clearly in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
Is self-driven, solution-oriented, and thrives in a role with great variety
It is advantageous if you have:
Experience from multiclient 3PL environments with multiple parallel customer assignments
Previous experience with IMI-Go, IMI, Astro, AutoStore, or E-manager
Familiarity with project management or driving change initiatives
