Do you want to develop and manage a complex Windows environment? Here you'll work broadly with operations, troubleshooting, security, and implementation of new systems. As a Windows Technician, you'll be an important part of ensuring a stable, secure, and well-functioning IT environment. You'll work both operationally and development-focused in a complex organization where quality, documentation, and security are in focus. About the role Work with operations, maintenance, and development of Windows infrastructure. Provide technical support and handle incidents in complex environments. Participate in implementation and deployment of new systems. Contribute to a secure, stable, and modern client and server environment. What you'll do Administer and troubleshoot Windows environments. Work with patching, client lifecycle management, and access control. Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM/MECM. Document technical solutions, changes, and working methods. Participate in procurement and management of IT hardware. We're looking for someone with At least four years of experience in Windows system administration. Experience troubleshooting and handling errors in complex Windows environments. Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your own areas. Preferably experience from larger organizations and environments with high security requirements. Preferably experience with certificate management and established security models. Technology & Tools Windows Server and Windows clients. Active Directory and Group Policy. SCCM/MECM and client lifecycle management. SQL environments. Patch management, certificate management, and access control. Practical information Location: Norrköping. Work arrangement: Hybrid, with the possibility of remote work up to approximately 50 percent by agreement. Language: Swedish.
