We are now opening Min Vän Wellness Massage – a new studio in Mariestad focusing on RF treatments, wellness massage, and recovery.
We are seeking a wellness specialist/wellness massage therapist and RF and wellness technician who wants to be part of the journey from the beginning and help us build a calm, personal, and professional treatment studio.
About the Position
This is a role for someone who wants to combine treatment, service, and responsibility in a smaller operation. You will be the person who sets the tone in the studio and builds trust with guests.
Responsibilities
Perform RF treatments according to training and established procedures
Perform wellness massage and recovery treatments
Greet guests and guide them through their visit
Collaborate with the hotel reception regarding bookings and daily scheduling
Ensure that treatment rooms, equipment, textiles, and products are in order
Work with hygiene procedures, documentation, and daily operations
Contribute to selling packages, gift cards, and products
About You
You are trained in massage or have relevant experience in massage/wellness
You have a strong interest in well-being, treatment, and service
You are confident, calm, and professional in customer interactions
Preferably have experience with RF, skincare, massage, spa, or similar
You are thorough and want to work with clear procedures
You thrive taking responsibility in a smaller operation
Desirable Qualifications
Previous experience with treatment work
Familiarity with bookings and customer flow management
Experience from hotels, salons, or clinics
