Web Editor / Digital Communicator for Consulting Assignment
LetsGig is seeking web editors and digital communicators for consulting assignments with our clients. We're looking for someone who combines strong language skills with an understanding of web, digital publishing, user needs, and content quality.
About the Opportunities
Assignments may include ongoing web editing, projects, migration, channel development, and digital communication. The role can be broad or more specialized and may be within public organizations, municipal companies, and other larger organizations. Scope varies from part-time to full-time, and assignments start on an ongoing basis.
Example Tasks
Publish, update, and quality assure web content
Write and edit texts tailored to target audiences
Work in CMS and digital publishing environments
Structure information and improve user experience
Ensure accessibility, plain language, and content quality
Manage images, links, metadata, and basic content analysis
Collaborate with operations, communicators, IT, and web administration
What We're Looking For
Experience in web editing, digital communication, or related work
Very strong Swedish and ability to write clearly for the web
Practical experience with one or more CMS systems
Meticulous, organized, and comfortable working independently
Open to consulting assignments with varying scope and duration
Merits
Experience with Sitevision, Optimizely/Episerver, WordPress, SharePoint, or similar CMS
Knowledge of WCAG, digital accessibility, and plain language
Experience from public organizations or large companies
SEO, web analytics, Matomo/Google Analytics, or similar
Basic image management, Adobe tools, or digital production
Experience with web projects, migration, or intranet
Workplace and Setup
Digital roles can often be done in hybrid format, but some assignments require physical presence. We're looking for candidates in Gävleborg as well as people from other parts of Sweden who can work flexibly.
