Wasa Primary Care Center opened in 2010 in Jönköping and in 2019 expanded and moved into newly built, modern facilities at Kungsängen in Jönköping. We are looking for you who are a licensed physician with an interest in primary care. At Wasa Primary Care Center we work in a multiprofessional team consisting of: two general practitioner physicians, one physician, psychologist, nurses, physiotherapist, nursing assistants, and healthcare administrator. In addition to standard tasks at a primary care center, there are great opportunities to deepen your expertise and take on additional responsibility within your own areas of interest. As an ST-physician you will be given good opportunities to exchange knowledge and experience with our other experienced physicians at the clinic. The position includes standard primary care work: examination, investigation, assessment, diagnostics, medical treatment, as well as administrative work such as referral handling and certification services. We collaborate with the Region Jönköping County study director and establish an approved ST contract. Work experience in primary care or other relevant specialty is advantageous.
