PRODUCTION WORKERS (M+F) Job Duties and Conditions: - Cleaning, maintenance, and servicing of technical equipment and performing adjustments of control units and repairs. - Recording and analysis of technical data and work results on TPV and in PC systems. - Operation and management of machinery for paper and cardboard processing. - Ensuring product assembly, technological gluing, and process-related product stacking. - Monitoring work processes and work results. - Responsibility for the first manufactured piece. - Compliance with occupational health and safety, fire prevention, and environmental regulations. - Timely replacement and requisition of tools for equipment operation. - Responsibility for workplace organization. - Responsible approach to assigned area. - Fulfillment of tasks assigned by direct supervisor. - Loyalty and corporate mindset. - Promotion of company objectives.
