Education Requirements (statutory requirement): Option A: Higher education or secondary education with a diploma in the pedagogical field. Option B: Higher education or secondary education with a diploma (in any field) and willingness to complete pedagogical training during employment. Applications without documented diploma will not be considered. The caregiver's role in the children's home includes educational work with children, ensuring their daily routine and supporting their learning, organizing recreational activities and collaborating with the professional team, and maintaining basic documentation. Fixed-term employment with the possibility of extension. Working hours are 12 hours per shift, with irregular distribution according to schedule.
