WORK TASKS The outpatient services in Osby Municipality consist of an experienced and dedicated team of treatment specialists. Now we are looking for a new colleague as one of our employees has moved on to new tasks within the organization. We are looking for you if you want to work primarily with individuals in need of support and services related to harmful substance use and addiction as well as intimate partner violence. You will become part of an organization that works to create sustainable change and strengthen people's own resources. Your work tasks include, among other things: • Offer support and treatment conversations to adult individuals. • Conduct group treatment for those with harmful substance use and addiction. • Provide support in the form of service provisions and benefits according to the Social Services Act. • Collaborate with internal and external partners. • Work with documentation and implementation plans. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a degree in social work or another education that the employer deems equivalent based on the task. You have experience in treatment work, preferably in municipal outpatient services. It is meritorious if you have further training in, for example, CRA, ÅP, conversations about freedom, and conversations about violence. In your work as a treatment specialist, you should be confident in your professional role and be able to meet people in need of social services support in a clear and trustworthy manner. As a person, you are accustomed to taking personal responsibility for your workday, planning, and completing your tasks. The work is varied and requires competence and flexibility.
