Qualification Requirements: - Secondary medical school (SZŠ) or higher vocational school (VOŠ) in general nursing or practical nursing, - bedside experience is an advantage but not required. Additional Requirements: - interest in long-term collaboration, - positive attitude toward seniors, - ability to work as part of a team, - suitable for recent graduates.
