Position Characteristics: We are looking for a general nurse with professional qualification and an interest in providing mobile specialized palliative care in patients' home environments. The position focuses on comprehensive care for patients in terminal stages of illness, as well as support and assistance for their families. Requirements: • Professional qualification to practice as a general nurse according to Law No. 96/2004 Coll. • Minimum 3 years of experience in an inpatient facility • Group B driver's license (active driver) - necessary due to the field-based nature of the work • Criminal background clearance • Health fitness clearance • High level of empathy, communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team • Reliability, professional approach, and teamwork orientation We Offer: • 25 days of vacation • Meal vouchers • Support of a stable multidisciplinary team • Salary placement according to current internal organizational regulations in a salary grade corresponding to qualifications and experience • Regular professional supervision, intervision, and training in palliative care • Full-time or part-time employment • Start date by mutual agreement Interested candidates may send a structured CV and cover letter to: [email protected], or contact the head nurse A.
