Employment contract for one year from the start date. We require: - Professional qualifications according to Law No. 96/2004 Coll. - completed professional education (general nursing) - Interest in palliative care - Group B driver's license - active driver - Clean criminal record Job responsibilities: - Provision of palliative care in a multidisciplinary team - Creating conditions for dignified end-of-life care - Providing consultations to patients and their loved ones - Providing psychological support to patients, the dying, and their loved ones; providing support to the bereaved - On-call service (weekends and holidays) - Regular team meetings Offered benefits: - Full-time, part-time, and flexible work arrangements available - Start date IMMEDIATELY (by agreement) - Opportunity for further education and professional development with support in pursuing additional training in palliative care - Employment in an organization with over 15 years of experience in palliative care - Work in a multidisciplinary team - Meaningful and interesting work in a pleasant and welcoming home hospice environment - Meals provided at the facility To apply: by email or phone.
