Requirements for Applicants:
" Secondary or higher education in nursing
" Certification to practice healthcare profession without specialist supervision
" Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience in patient care
" Independence, loyalty, communication skills, interpersonal skills
" Discretion, reliability, stress resilience, patience
" Criminal and civil record clearance
" Group B driver's license required

Job Responsibilities:
" General nurse provides and plans nursing care through the nursing process without specialist supervision
" According to the head nurse's instructions, performs comprehensive nursing care, both health and social, in the client's home environment in Chrudim and surrounding areas
Position Type, Employment Duration, and Compensation:
" Full-time position
" Salary grade 10
- Basic salary 33,410,- to 45,340,- Kč depending on credited work experience
- Personal allowance possible after probation period
" Irregular work schedule, primarily Monday - Friday 6:00 - 14:30 hours
" Fixed-term employment with possibility of extension to indefinite period
" Bonuses typically 2x per year
" Start date by agreement
