Berthåga stödboende is a supported housing facility for adults with substance abuse issues, with 13 places. The work is highly varied and adapted to each individual's needs. Tasks include, for example, supportive conversations, motivation/activation, and assistance with practical daily activities. Work hours are scheduled during day, evening (sometimes with overnight duty), and weekends. To work with us, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Previous experience working with people with similar issues is desirable. We welcome applicants with training as a social pedagogue or treatment assistant. As a person, you need to be respectful in your interactions and take responsibility. A valid driver's license (B-category) is required. We welcome your application!
