Elejas vidusskola, a school under Jelgavas novada pašvaldība, invites applications for a permanent position: Mathematics teacher in primary school, full-time workload (40 hours). Requirements for applicants: Education in compliance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 569 from 11.09.2018 "Regulations on the Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Pedagogues and the Procedure for Improving Pedagogues' Professional Competence"; may be a pedagogy student; State language proficiency at the advanced level. We offer: a permanent employment contract; salary from 1510 Eur for the workload before tax deduction; health insurance (after probation period); work in a friendly teacher community, with classes of 15-20 students; an individual, permanent work office with all necessary equipment; access to various learning platforms (Soma.lv, Uzdevumi.lv, etc.) and funds for purchasing specific teaching materials; methodological and mentor support for new teachers; funded courses and seminars of the teacher's choice; for pedagogy students, the opportunity to receive reimbursement of tuition costs by signing a contract with the municipality.
