Requirements for Candidates: Education: In accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 569 of September 11, 2018 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Pedagogues and the Procedure for Professional Competence Development of Pedagogues". Professional Knowledge and Skills: - ability to plan and organize your own work and student learning; - high sense of responsibility, accuracy, and communication etiquette; - ability to build professional cooperation with school staff, students, and their parents; - ability to work in a team; - ability to work with information technologies. General Knowledge and Skills: - state language proficiency at the highest level; - very good computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office software; - skills in working with electronic document management systems, email, and e-address; - Category B driver's license. Main Job Duties: - implement educational programs in the subject in accordance with State Education Standards; - ensure quality pedagogical processes in grades 1-9; - collaborate with other subject teachers and student parents; - evaluate and analyze student academic performance; - conduct individual work with students. We Offer: - employment contract for an indefinite period; - remuneration in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 445 "Regulations on Pedagogues' Work Remuneration"; - workload: 0.54 full-time equivalent (21.54 hours per week) for English language teacher; - social guarantees as established by regulatory acts; - opportunity to work in a small team at Vecsaules pamatskola; - support from responsive colleagues.
