Winter Road Maintenance Worker

We are a good team of winter road maintenance workers who need reinforcement in Gothenburg. You must be able to arrive with one hour's notice when there is snow/ice. During heavy snowfall, shifts can become very long. You should have good teamwork skills, be reliable, thorough and helpful, have good physical fitness and be able to put in effort when needed, be creative and take responsibility. You must be able to communicate in Swedish. It's a great plus if you have previously worked with winter road maintenance. We are looking for both machine operators and manual shovelers. You are on call between October 25 - March 31, and during this period you must be available for work. Your working hours vary depending on the weather.
