Nya Tag is part of Evidra Omsorg, a consolidated provider within HVB, treatment, and care founded on the values of evidence, relationships, and responsibility. Nya Tag has two units—one in Hunnebostrand and one in Surte—and a supported housing facility offering support, treatment, and rehabilitation for men aged 21–59 years with substance abuse and addiction issues. Our work aims to give each individual the conditions to create a drug-free, meaningful, and independent life.

Temporary Treatment Staff
We are seeking temporary staff who want to be part of our work supporting and motivating men on their path toward a life without substance abuse and addiction.
As a treatment professional with us, you work closely with our clients in their daily lives. You serve as a support in their change process and work based on individual implementation plans and established goals. Tasks include motivational conversations, practical support, social training, activities, documentation, and collaboration with various stakeholders around the client.
Working hours are flexible and may include day, evening, weekend, and on-call shifts.
Who Are You?
We are seeking someone who is secure, stable, and has a genuine interest in people and change work. You have a professional demeanor, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to build relationships of trust.
We would appreciate if you have experience working in substance abuse care, psychiatry, HVB services, social work, or similar fields. You are flexible, responsible, and can handle challenging situations in a calm and respectful manner.
A category B driver's license is required.
An extract from the criminal record registry is required.
Education Requirements
We are seeking someone with an ongoing or completed post-secondary education in social work, social pedagogy, behavioral science, treatment pedagogy, or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
